Rates

My current rate for individual counselling is $160 per 60 min session. My rate for couples counselling is $180 per 60 min session.

Sliding Scale Payment

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to make my services more accessible, based on your financial situation. I understand that everyone's circumstances are unique, and I’m here to support you. If you’d like to explore this option, please reach out—I’d be happy to discuss how we can work together. If sliding scale spots are no longer available, I’m happy to provide referrals to other therapists who offer sliding scale options, so you can still get the support you need.

Insurance

I accept insurance under the social work category for psychotherapy services. However, I encourage clients to check with their insurance providers to confirm whether these services are covered, as well as to clarify any coverage details, such as co-pays or out-of-pocket costs.
